At Bone Lick, we take the art of BBQ very seriously. We smoke our meats sloooow and loooow, with hickory + pecan wood. We get a nice hearty, robust, smoky flavor. We use all of our secret recipe rubs, which have big bold flavors. Our ribs have a nice kick to ‘em, making that delicious beer go down all the better! These are meats that have been prepared with lots of love, made fresh daily. In fact, everything is made from scratch, from sausages to rubs, sauces and jerky, our baked beans to our Jalapeno Mac-n-Cheese, to our House Cotton Candy and Funnel Cakes, even the bacon we use, was made right under our roof, here at Bone Lick BBQ.
